Today’s WOD is a couple of Couplets.  The rest between Evolution A and B should be no greater than the time to complete Evolution A.

Treat both Evolutions as a Sprint and then concentrate to recapturing your breath after Evolution A.

For those working on their pullups, to either gain strength in their pullup or work on their first strict pullup we are starting a Pullup Progression that will be completed after every class.

Today starts the Progression.  We will be completing a set of 5, followed by a set of 4, then 3, 2, 1.
