Rest as needed then,

Run 1200 Meters (Big Loop) for Time

Note: How many Athletes can “Rx” todays session and achieve a score of 10/10 (successfully adding 1 repetition of Clean and Jerk every minute) and run the Floral loop in under 5:00? Todays session tests both strength, power, speed and endurance.
