Shoulder To Overhead 3,3,3,3,3 Repetitions (Achieve 3RM) from the rack

Rest as needed then,

“The Intern”

Three Rounds for Time:
50 Double Unders (Or 100 Single Jumps)
40 Squats
30 Push-ups
20 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)

Note: During the 3RM Shoulder To Overhead, Athletes will pick one technique for the lift; strict press, push press, or push jerk.
