Station One = Deadlift, 12 repetitions (135lb. / 85lb.)
Station Two = Toes to Bar, 12 repetitions
Station Three = Assault Bike, 12 repetitions (9 women)
Station Four = Concept2 Row, 12 calories

Note: Scaling options (up and down!) will be discussed around the whiteboard. This is intended to be a challenging yet manageable session. The weight used in CAMP in Las Vegas was 185lb.
