4 Stations – 1 Minute per station
2 Minutes rest between rounds
Station 1 – KB Swing (#53/35)
Station 2 – Box Jump (24/20″) or Step-up
Station 3 – Toes to Bar
Station 4 – Deadlift (#185/135)
Each round will be scored like Fight Gone Bad.
Athletes can choose their starting station but will adhere to the order of the rotation.
This was a Ladies day at 6AM last week, Lisa, Margaret, Fawn, Mo and Rachel putting in work.
