7 Unbroken sets of

3 Snatch Grip Deadlift

2 High Hang Snatch

1 Overhead Squat

Each round will be 7 unbroken sets (maintaining your grip on the barbell for the entire set without rest)

If you are able to complete the round athletes can increase the load after each completed round

Today’s workout will be completed for the heaviest completed load
