One “Sprint Round” For Time of:

Run 400 Meters
50 Burpees

Note: We hope all of you attended yesterdays “Coaches Hour” for the Back Squat! This will be the theme as we continue forward: The skill taught by the Coach on Sunday will appear in the workout on Monday. This will give our Athletes a chance to immediately apply the lessons learned during instruction. Who can complete todays “Sprint Round” in 5:00 or less?

This year we are hoping to register 50 of our Athletes for the CrossFit Open Competition. Just like last season, once a week the CrossFit Open workout will be held in the gym for everyone to participate in, both registered and non-registered Athletes. On Saturdays, we will be having a “CrossFit Games Season” mini-throwdown and BBQ. The BBQ will be open and free for all Athletes, but the mini-throwdown will only be for Games registered Athletes.
