Pullup Progression

Day 7 – 6,5,4,3,3

Then,

For the least amount of sets

Complete 500 Double Under or 1000 Single Jump

For every set (to include all broken sets) – 5 Wallballs will be completed (20/16)

Athletes, log each of your sets on the whiteboard

Example (52, 35, 2, 55, 102, 15, …..) For each of those sets 5 Wallballs will be completed.

Goal will be 10 or less sets

Rest as needed between sets to maximize each of your sets.
