800m Run & 40 Shoulder to Overhead (#75/55) CP (#95/65)
Round 2 – 6 Minutes to complete –
400m Run & 20 Shoulder to Overhead (#95/65) CP (#115/85)
Round 3 – 4 Minutes to complete –
200m Run & 10 Shoulder to Overhead (#115/85) CP (#135/95)
Round 4 – 2 Minutes to complete –
100m Run & 5 Shoulder to Overhead (#135/95) CP (#155/105)
As a partner workout, one will start with the run while the other completes the shoulder to overhead.
At the halfway point of the round partners will switch movements if they have not already completed the task.
This is going to be a good one.
