1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Hang Power Clean (#95/65)
During this workout athletes will alternate between Burpee Over Bar and Hang Power Clean using the above repetition scheme.
As always athletes can scale the Hang Power Clean weight as needed for the workout.
Care should be taken during this workout when placing the barbell back on the ground. Athletes will set the bars down during this workout rather than dropping them from Hang Position.
