Run 400 meters
Kettlebell Swing, 21 repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Burpee, As Many Repetitions As Possible (score)

Rest up to 2:00 between rounds

Cash out with 5 rounds of 20 seconds “on” 10 seconds “off” of Double Unders
