Note: The Thruster is intended to be heavy today. This should be a weight you can Thruster a maximum of five times. Recommendations are 115lb. to 135lb. for men and 95lb. to 105lb. for women. Modifications for the Chest-to-Bar Pull-up will be made in the gym.
