Station One = Double Under, 30 repetitions
Station Two = Kettlebell Swing, 15 repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)

AMRAP GI Jane (Burpee Pullup)

Note: During today’s workout, let’s work on our Double Unders.  This is one of the foundational CrossFit movements that is frustrating to learn.  It takes lots of practice to perfect, but is worth the effort.
