Please join us today from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for the free community workout. The Advanced Workout today will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. From 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM there will be a special “Affiliate Cup Team Training Day”. We encourage everyone participating in the Affiliate Cup to join in this training session to build team cohesion, refine their competition skills, and participate in a challenging workout. The Affiliate Cup Athletes will have priority in Headquarters. Open Gym will run concurrently in our Krav Maga studio from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This will be a fun and exciting day of education, inspiration and good training!
