Rest as needed then,

Two Minutes at Each Station for Maximum Repetitions,

Ball Slams
Doubele Unders or Weighted Jump Ropes
Toes to Bar

Note: Challenge yourself on the Front Squat today and find a weight that allows each set to be a “Repetition Maximum” effort. For the station rotation, rest exactly two minutes between stations. Every pound and every repetition count as a point. Add most weight lifted on the Front Squat to total repetitions on the station rotation for maximum score.
