Toes to Bar, 15 repetitions

Rest up to 5:00 then,

Evolution B:

As Many Rounds As Possible in 5:00 of,

Concept2 Row, 25 calories
Dumbbell Thruster, 15 repetitions (35lb. / 25lb.)

Evolution C:

Rope Climb, 5 ascents utilizing the most challenging technique possible

Note: Athletes pick either A or B first but must finish with C. Scale the weight accordingly but keep the repetitions.  Athletes who can Rx’ at least 5 TTB should continue the entire evolution at the Rx level even if the TTB station takes several sets to complete.
