Wendler Front Squat – Test for 1RM (1 rep max from the rack)
Today we are testing for a Front Squat Wendler strength series. This is a 4 week cycle with a 1RM (1 rep max) test at the end of the cycle.
The Front Squat is one of the few foundation movements that will help strengthen your other Olympic Lifts and is a key to maintaining your functional fitness.

100 Kettle Bell Swings (#53/35)
4 Burpees will be completed at the start of each minute prior to starting your Kettle Bell Swings.
