Threshold Strength Training

Power Clean

1 Power Clean every 30 seconds for 15 Minutes

Athletes will be given 10 minutes to find their threshold weight for a Power Clean.

The threshold weight is the weight where there is a compromise in the quality of the movement.

Athletes will then complete the WOD at the previous weight where quality was maintained.

Each rep will be performed for Quality.
