Today we have a Partner WOD to celebrate Valentines Day.

4 Rounds for Each Person

0-3 Minutes

400m Run / 500m Row

3-6 Minutes

20 Hurdle Jumps

30 Wallballs (#20/16)

One partner will be working on completing the Run/Row within the first 3 minute time domain.

The other partner will be completing the Hurdle Jumps and Wallballs during that same time domain.

After the 3 minutes are up the partners will switch activities.
