2 Minutes of Maximum Effort at each of the following stations

2 Minutes rest between each round

Station 1 – Row for Calories

Station 2 – Wallballs

Station 3 – 400m Run

Station 4 – Sit-ups

Station 5 – Burpees

Athletes should complete the stations in the above described order.

Heats may be necessary to accomplish this.

Who is going to set the standard for each of the above stations?
