PK is one of the most committed and determined Athletes training at CrossFit Pleasure Point. It is common practice for PK to attend a CrossFit class in the morning, come back to the gym in the afternoon to practice skills during Open Gym hours, and then end the day with a Yoga practice at the CrossFit Pleasure Point Yoga and Mobility Class. Once PK sets his mind to something, he is certain to achieve it. PK also embraces the ethos of our gym, and is full of love and encouragement for his training partners.
