“Jackie Said What?”

On a 3:00 clock (18:00 running clock / 2 rounds each station)

Station One: Concept2 Row, 500 meters
Station Two: Barbell Thruster, 50 repetitions (45lb. / 35lb.)
Station Three: Pull-up, 50 repetitions

Note: On today’s session, treat each station as a “mini-wod” and record your time for completion accordingly (or just get it done!). Once a station is complete, rest until the completion of the 3:00 clock, then immediately rotate to the next station. If class size permits, the preferred order of rotation is 1, 2, 3. After the workout, athletes who Rx’ will have completed a 1K row, 100 thrusters, and 100 pull-ups. Good luck.
