CrossFit Pleasure Point Strength Challenge
Today at CFPP we are challenging our overall strength with four lifts.
During your lifts, you will have time to warm up but not enough to explore a new 1RM as you will have about 8-10 minutes at each lift before transitioning.
CrossFit has used a three lifts, the Deadlift, Back Squat and Press to obtain the CrossFit Total.
While Rogue uses Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift to obtain their total.
At CFPP we add the weighted pull-up to the three lift total.
Give this a shot today as we will re-test this total during the course of the year.
