Today we are going to spend ten minutes practicing walking on our hands. We’ll be using our new training space at Krav Maga Santa Cruz. Then it’s back to Headquarters for;

5 Rounds For Time Of:
5 Deadlifts
10 Burpees

Note: Prescribed weight for men is 185lb. and and 115lb. for women. Who can walk the entire length of our new training space?
