Wendler Wednesday! Week 1

Bench Press / Weighted Pullup

Set 1 – 5 @ 75%

Set 2 – 5 @ 80%

Set 3 – 5+ @ 85%

Athletes will first complete all three sets for the bench press then move to the weighted pullups.  Athletes using assistance bands for the pullup should be adding an additional band(s) for these reps.

This series has provided impressive results as we progress through the next three weeks, culminating in a re-test of those one rep max efforts.
