How many people can Rx’ todays session and achieve each round of 14 x burpees and continue the progression from 1 to 10 on the Clean and Jerk with Rx’ weight? Scaling and modifications will be discussed around the whiteboard to ensure everyone has a challenging yet manageable workout.
