Every Five Minutes for 20:00 (4 Rounds)
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Note: Time each round individually. Athletes will have the difference between their completion time and the top of the 5th minute to rest. For example, an Athlete who completes a round in 3:00, will have 2 minutes rest.
