Note: Rest 1:00 between rounds and repeat for a total of 4 cycles. Compare todays battle with “The Chief” to March 20, 2015 and February 26, 2016, in addition to the “Chief” variation we had on December 10, 2018 (last Monday). How many Rx’d athletes can maintain 5 or more rounds every 3:00? This is an incredible session!
