50-40-30-20-10 Reps for Time

Double Unders / Situps

During today’s session Athletes will complete 50 Double Unders followed by 50 Situps, then move on to 40, so on and so forth.

If Athletes are not able to complete Double Unders they will complete either the same repetitions of Weighted Jumps or 2X Single Jumps.

We last completed this WOD on 231102, 230719, 230309 & 230118.  Compare today’s effort with your effort on those days.
