Note: Today’s workout comes from San Diego Police Department’s CrossFit Affiliate gym. Weight on the Kettbell or Dumbbel for the Farmers Walk (or run!) is 35lb. for men and 25lb. for women. Barbell weight is 75lb. for men and 55lb. for women.

Last summer, Operator Andy Green and members of the Stockholm SWAT Team visited our gym to train in Krav Maga and CrossFit.
