Double Under, As Many Repetitions As Possible in 1:00
Rest 1:00 and record score then,
Kettlebell Swing, As Many Repetitions As Possible

Rest up to 2:00 and determine 40% of your training threshold then,

On a 15:00 clock (5 rounds each station)

Minute One: Double Under (40% threshold)
Minute Two: Kettlebell Swing (40% threshold)
Minute Three: Assault Bike, 12 calories (8 women)

Note: The original “Threshold Mash-up Training” is an incredible program that was created right here at CrossFit Pleasure Point! Although the programmed threshold is 40% today, athletes may choose to “scale up” to 50% or more.
