Today we have implemented our new class time at 615PM.  This is a great time to come to the gym and get in your workout for the day.  We hope to see you there.


20 minute Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM)

5 Deadlift (#135/85)

10 Pushups

15 Squats

For today’s workout, we are using the movements of “Cindy” but replacing the pullups with a deadlift.  We did this two weeks ago as an AMRAP.  This was shown to be a potent combination so bring your A game to get this one done.

For those that decide to scale up on today’s deadlift weight, two weeks ago the weight was #185/125 and at the completion of today’s workout you will have completed 100 repetitions at your chosen weight which should be maintained throughout the workout.
