Note: Kettlebell weight is 35lb. for men and 25lb. for women. Hurdle jump is variable height. Advanced Athletes should strive for 30 inches for men and 22 inches for women. Advanced Athletes should also strive for at Chest to Bar Pull-up. For Athletes involved in the Krav Maga program, during the “rest” complete 4 Bag Slams for the first iteration, 8 for the second iteration, and 12 for the final iteration. This workout comes from the CAMP program utilized by Greg Amundson and Gray Maynard in preparation for Gray’s Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fight on November 30, 2013.
