“Squat Clean Grace”

For Time,
30 Repetitions of Ground to Overhead (Via Full Squat) 

Rest as needed then,

Tabata Double Under 

Note: This is NOT the same workout as “Grace!” Today’s session requires the hip to pass below the knee before the Barbell travels overhead. The athlete can either Squat Clean the repetition, or Power Clean, then Squat. Mens Rx’ weight is 135lb., and women’s Rx is 85lb.
