CrossFit Hero Workout Friday!

Evolution A: WITTMAN

Three Rounds for Time:
Kettlebell Swing, 15 Repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Power Clean, 15 Repetitions (95lb. / 65lb.)

Rest as needed then,

Evolution B: WHITE

As Many Rounds as Possible in 12:00 of,
Alternating Weighted Lunge, 20 Repetitions (10 Each Leg / 35lb. / 25lb.)
50 Double Unders
10 Toes to Bar
Rope Climb, 2 Repetitions (If wait at rope – 7 Pul-ups = 1 Climb)

Note: Today we are doing two slightly modified Hero Workouts. Combined, these two make for a potent end to an already challenging week of training!
