During today’s WOD there will be a Part A and Part B. There will not be a break between Part A and Part B. This WOD will be on a running 20 minute clock.
20 Minute EOMOM (Every Other Minute On the Minute)
Part A – 5 Rounds of,
10 Hang Power Clean (HPC) @ 115/85
Part B – 5 Rounds of,
10 Front Squat (FS) @ 115/85
During this workout you will have 2 minutes to complete the run and movement. Your rest will be what remains of the 2 minutes. After 5 rounds have been completed moved directly into Part B during minutes 10-12.
