We are starting a new CrossFit Pleasure Point Maximum Performance (CAMP) progression today.
Fight Gone Bad – was a workout named by BJ Penn, a mixed martial art athlete. When he completed the workout and was asked how it felt, he said it was like a fight gone bad.
This workout is a maximum effort for 5 minutes with 1 minute of rest between rounds. Each minute the Athlete will perform a different movement, rotating between the 5 movements.
For today’s workout we will be prescribing a set number of repetitions for the Athlete to complete in the minute for each movement. Each week during the progression the amount of repetitions will increase.

10 Toes to Bar
10 DB Shoulder to Overhead (#35/20)
10 Box Jumps / Step-ups
The Athletes can pick their starting station but must honor the rotation of the movements.
