12 Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

150M (Bus Stop) Farmer’s Carry (KB #35/26)

15 KB Deadlift (KB #35/26)

10 Bent Over Row (KB #35/26)

5 Devil Press (KB #35/26)

For this workout Athletes can choose to use Kettlebells or Dumbbells.  Athletes will need two Kettlebells or Dumbbells of the same weight during the workout for each of the movements.  Athletes should evaluate the Devils Press and use a weight they will be able to complete this movement for the duration of the workout.  Athletes who are new to this movement should look to use Dumbbells for this exercise rather than Kettlebells.
