Evolution A:

As Many Rounds As Possible in 10:00 of,

Weighted Object Ground to Overhead, 10 repetitions
Double Under, 30 repetitions

Evolution B:

As some point during the day, run 1 mile as fast as you can (or another aerobic activity of equal distance)
