Every Three Minutes for 15:00 (5 rounds)

Run 300 meters (or Concept2 Row 300 meters)
Deadlift, 3 repetitions (go heavy!)

Rest as needed then,

Tabata Hand Release Push-up (8 rounds of 20 seconds “on” and 10 seconds “off”)

Note: Athlete choice on the deadlift weight today. Find a weight that is challenging but that ensures you can achieve all 5 rep’s consecutively.
