Bulgarian Split Squat (Heaviest Load per set)

Romanian Deadlift (Heaviest Load per set)

Max Strict Pullups

Log the weight for the Bulgarian Split Squat and Romanian Deadlift and the reps for the pushups.

Goal is to pushup until failure on all 3 sets.  Fight for those last reps on all three rounds.
