Threshold Mash-up Training!

Minute One: As Many Squats As Possible in 1:00
Rest up to 1:00 then,
Minute Two: As Many Hand Release Push-ups As Possible in 1:00

Rest up to 2:00 and configure 60% of your Max Threshold then

On an 8:00 running clock (4 rounds each station)
Odd Minutes – 60% of max threshold Squats
Even Minutes – 60% of max threshold Hand Release Push-ups

Rest as needed then,

Evolution B:

Every Minute On The Minute for 10:00,
Weighted Object Deadlift, 3 repetitions
Weighted Object Front Squat, 2 repetitions
Weighted Object Shoulder to Overhead, 1 repetition
Pillar of Power, 1 repetition
