On a 18:00 clock (6 rounds each station)

  • Minute One = Wallball Shots, 15 repetitions (20lb. / 10lb.)
  • Minute Two = Assault Bike, 12 calories (9 women)
  • Minute Three = GI Jane, 9 repetition

Note: Today’s session is programmed at a very elite level and will require your A-game! Scale the rep’s as needed to finish each station with at least 10 seconds rest before the rotation.
