For Time

50 pushups – 10 Lunges (in place)

40 pushups – 20 Lunges

30 pushups – 30 Lunges

20 pushups – 40 Lunges

10 pushups – 50 Lunges

Lunges will be done in place.  Athletes will be able to choose between alternating lunges or for those coordinated and advanced athletes jumping lunges will be an option.
