2 (Heavy) Turkish Getups


12 Minute E2MOM

During every 2 minutes, one of the following complex will be completed;

3 Snatch Grip Deadlift – 2 Hang Power Snatch – 1 Overhead Squat

Weight each round is up to the individual athlete.

Athletes will be provided time prior to the start of the WOD to work up to a threshold weight for the WOD.

Once a threshold weight is determined athletes should complete the WOD at a weight just below that threshold weight where form is maintained for all three movements.

Mark with a solid OHS.  Great Job Mark!
