On a 30:00 clock,

0:00 to 10:00
As Many Burpees As Possible (Goal is 150)
10:00 to 20:00
Nostril Breathing 400 meter recovery walk (repeat mantra or Scripture)
20:00 to 30:00
“Grace” (30 x Ground to Overhead, 135lb. / 95lb.)

Note: On today’s final iteration of the epic 5-week burpee challenge, athletes can either maintain 15 rep’s every minute, or develop another strategy in accumulate the most burpees possible in 10 minute. If you reach 150 before 10:00, record your time (score). During the final 10 minutes of the workout, athletes will perform “Grace” which is 30 rep’s of ground to overhead. You most complete “Grace” within the 10 minute window, but you do not necessarily need to start precisely at the 20:00 mark.
