Every Minute On The Minute for 20:00 (10 rounds each station)
Odd Minutes = Front Squat, 3 repetitions (3/4 to 1x bodyweight)
Even Minutes = Toes to Bar, 10 repetitions
Note: Today we are pairing a static and dynamic contraction through the midsection. Go as heavy as possible on the Front Squat, and then complete the Toes to Bar as quickly and powerfully as possible. The heart rate should be within an aerobic range the entire workout.
