Barbell Thruster, 15 repetitions (95lb. / 65lb.)
Pull-up, 15 repetitions

Rest as needed then,

Cash out with a 400 meter Concept2 Row Sprint

Note: It’s an “old school” CrossFit HQ original, and it’s a good one! Scale the barbell load to a weight that you can achieve the 15 repetitions in less than 3 sets each round.
