Threshold Mashup Training Day!

Complete 1:00 of Maximum Effort At the Following Stations:

DB Thrusters Men 35-25 / Women 25-15 (As Many Repetitions As Possible)

Rest 1:00

Strict Pullup / Assisted Pullup (As Many Repetitions As Possible)

Rest 1:00

Situps (As Many Repetitions As Possible)

Determine 40% of your maximum threshold then,

On a 18:00 Minute Clock (6 rounds Each Station)

Minute One: DB Thrusters 35-25/25-15 (40% Threshold)

Minute Two: Strict Pullups / Assisted Pullups (40% Threshold)

Minute Three: Situps

Note: Threshold Mashup training was invented right here at CrossFit Pleasure Point – and its an amazing stimulus!  The future goal will be to complete these at a 60% threshold.
