Odd Minutes – 50 Double Unders / 100 Single Jump Rope

Even Minutes – 15 Wallball (#16/10)

During today’s WOD athletes should try to complete the given repetitions for each minute in 30-40 seconds.

Athletes will note the weight of the wallballs has been dropped to #16/10 for this WOD because the volume required for each round.

Athletes should fight each round to complete the wallballs in a single set each round.
